Back from Mini-Tour; Supporting Heaven Shall Burn / As I Lay Dying / Suicide Silence in Germany this month; European tour with Nile announced for January – February 2011!
Hey Thrashers!
We are back from a mini-tour which saw us playing 10 shows in Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany! It was a cool run of dates and we would like to thank everyone who came out to see us as well as the new friends we made along the way! We would especially like to greet and thank our “crew companions” Klaus, Bomber and Josi for spending time on the road with us as well as all the other bands we shared stages with!
Most of all, we would like to thank Martin Below (from the band Guerilla, www.myspace.com/guerrilla666 and www.guerrilla-metal.com) for helping us out as drummer on these shows, since Marc-Andree’s injury still hasn’t healed completely. Here is a cool pic of the band shot by Bomber in the mountains after our last Italian date in Sondrio, on the way to Vienna, Austria.
Next up this month of November, we will be supporting our friends Heaven Shall Burn, As I Lay Dying and Suicide Silence on the German dates of their large European tour. The Stuttgart show has already sold out and also Berlin had a recent venue upgrade (New location: Astra), so make sure to a) get your tickets quickly while supplies last and b) show up early in order not to miss our set, as we are playing first on! Furthermore, Dew-Scented have just been confirmed to be touring with Nile, Melechesh, Zonaria and Darkrise all over Europe in January – February of 2011 on the “Those Whom The Gods Detest Tour 2011 Part 2”. The run will last for about 4 weeks and cover central European countries as well as some Eastern territories (some of which we in fact never ever before visited!) and also UK/Ireland at last again. We toured successfully with Nile in 2003 and look forward to be teaming up with them and the other bands on this stylistically colourful and highly interesting package for all supporters of extreme Metal!
